摘要
干式移相整流变压器是高压变频器的重要电源设备,它直接影响高压变频器运行的安全和寿命,对变压器绕组采用强风冷却的方法,是保证绕组的绝缘系统耐热稳定性的必要技术手段。本文用CFD方法对绕组温升进行了仿真计算,并对两种典型风道结构的冷却效果作了分析对比,验证了CFD方法的有效性,得到了最佳的风道结构形式,为风道结构选型提供了有效的分析手段。
Dry-type phase-shifting rectifier transformer is an important power supply for high voltage inverter,it directly affects the safety and life of high voltage inverter operation,the method of air force cooling for transformer windings,it is the necessary technical means to ensure the heat-resistant stability of the winding insulation system.This paper simulate the winding temperature rise by CFD method,the cooling effect of two typical air duct structures is analyzed and compared,and verified the validity of CFD method,the bes.t air duct structural style is obtained,it provides an effective analysis method for air duct structure selection.
