摘要
针对复杂工况下盾构穿越既有敏感地下通道、运营地铁、铁路的推进参数、监测技术及沉降研究,并结合现场施工过程中有效实施监测,形成盾构下穿敏感建(构)筑物"微扰动"进洞技术和监测技术,更好地完善盾构穿越铁路、地下结构加固施工技术、环境监测方法。对于复杂环境下的既有大型地下空间底板盾构进洞情况,明确了适宜的冻结加固形式,提出钢套箱设计计算方法及安装方法,形成完整的水平冻结加固与钢套箱组合进洞施工工艺。同时,既有结构顶板加固技术保证盾构吊装时既有结构安全稳定。
In view of the complicated conditions,this paper researches propulsion parameters,monitoring technology and the settlement of the shield passing through the sensitive underground channel and the subway in operation and the railway,combined with the effective implementation of the construction process monitoring,a shield through the sensitive building (structure)"micro-disturbance"into the holing technology and monitoring technology are formed to improve the shield through the railway, underground structure reinforcement construction technology,environmental monitoring methods.This paper puts forward the calculation method and installation method of the steel box design,it forms a complete horizontal freezing and reinforcement combination with the steel box.The structure of the roof reinforcement technology ensures the safety and stability of the shield structure at the same time.
