摘要
对搅拌摩擦焊技术的研究现状作了介绍,总结了近年国内外的发展成果,涉及接头金属的塑性流动机理、接头的组织与性能、搅拌头参数的设计、搅拌头材料与磨损以及搅拌摩擦焊过程自动化几个方面,并对其发展方向进行了展望。
The research status of friction stir welding was introduced, and the developing achievement in recent yeas at home and abroad was summarized from the following aspects: plastic flow mechanism of joint metal, microstructure and properties of joint, parameter design of stirring tool, stirring tool materials and tool wear, and automation during friction stir welding. The research direction in the future was prospected.
