摘要
以富含蛋白的豆奶为碳源,通过一步水热法合成高荧光量子产率的氮掺杂荧光碳量子点(N-CQDs),透射电镜(TEM)观察N-CQDs的粒径在3nm左右; X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)证明N-CQDs的表面被羧基、氨基、羟基、羰基等官能团功能化,具有良好水溶性.在PBS缓冲液中(p H6. 0)中,N-CQDs的荧光强度(F)与环丙沙星浓度在0. 1~10. 0μg/m L之间存在良好的线性关系,检出限为0. 08μg/m L.研究发现,环丙沙星(CIP)对NCQDs有良好的荧光增敏作用,可作为荧光探针测定环丙沙星含量.建立的方法用于鸡蛋中环丙沙星的检测,具有方法灵敏度高、选择性好、简便快速等特点.
Nitrogen-doped fluorescent carbon quantum dots(N-CQDs) of high-fluorescence quantum were created by one-step hydrothermal synthesis,protein-rich soy milk being used as a carbon source. The N-CQDs particle size is observed about 3 nm by Transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The surface of N-CQDs has been proved to be functionalized with carboxyl,amino,hydroxyl,carbonyl and other functional groups by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The water solubility was good. The fluorescence intensity(F) of N-CQDs in PBS buffer(pH6. 0) was linear with the concentration of ciprofloxacin in 0. 1-10. 0μg/m L. The limit of detection was 0. 08 μg/m L. Through research,Ciprofloxacin(CIP) has a good fluorescence sensitization to N-CQDs,which can be used as a fluorescent probe to determine the content of ciprofloxacin. The established method is applied to the detection of ciprofloxacin in eggs,which has the advantages of high sensitivity,good selectivity,simple and quick method.
