摘要
目的:了解广州市海珠区中老年人对社区康复相关知识的知晓状况,为高成效的开展社区康复提供依据。方法:2016年8月~2017年8月随机抽取5个社区40岁以上的中老年人584名,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查,内容包括:一般情况、社区康复相关知识。以中老年人社区康复知识得分应变量,一般情况为自变量进行回归分析,筛选有统计学意义的影响因素。结果:69.9%社区康复知识测评得分为差,21.9%为一般,8.2%为好;受调查对象的得分与其文化程度,本人/家属有无医学背景、有无接受过康复治疗和社区康复、有无接受过社区康复宣传密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:海珠区中老年人对社区康复的知晓度较低,相关部门应采取有效措施加强社区康复的建设和宣传,提高公众对社区康复的知晓度,为社区康复的普及和推广奠定基础。
Objective: To understand the awareness degree of the community-based rehabilitation (CBR) of middle aged and elderly people in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City, and to provide the basis for carrying out CBR services with high efficiency. Methods: From August 2016 to August 2017, 584 middle and old people over 40 years old in 5 communities were randomly selected and investigated by self-designed questionnaire, including: general situation, knowledge of CBR. Based on the knowledge of CBR of involved people as the dependent variable, the general situation was independent variable multiple linear stepwise regression analysis, and to screen for statistically significant influencing factor. Results: Scores of 69.9% of Middle aged and elderly people were bad, 21.9% average and 8.2% good. The scores of CBR scores of respondents were closely related to their educational level, whether they and family members had medical background, had received rehabilitation therapy and community rehabilitation, and whether they had received advocacy on CBR (P<0.05). Conclusion: The awareness degree of CBR of middle aged and elderly people in Haizhu district was low, and relevant departments should take effective measures to strengthen the construction and publicity of CBR, raise the public awareness and lay the foundation for the popularization and promotion of CBR.
