摘要 目的探讨基于表面肌电(sEMG)的模拟飞行时坐姿对腰部肌肉的影响。方法12名男性受试者分别进行两组任务。实验组驾驶飞行模拟器模拟飞行时坐姿2h,对照组在飞行座椅上休息2h,任务负荷前后进行腰背部30%最大肌肉力量(30%MVC)时,记录左右多裂肌和左右竖脊肌的肌电信号。任务负荷结束后运用量表对受试者腰背部的主观感受进行评价。结果对照组左右多裂肌中位频率(MDF)的变化无统计学意义(P>0.05),4组肌肉的平均功率频率(MPF)的变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组4组肌肉的MPF和MDF均显著减小(P<0.01);实验组和对照组的量表结果比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模拟飞行时的坐姿会引发左右多裂肌和竖脊肌疲劳,腰背部有疲劳感。 Objective To explore the effects of simulated sitting posture during flight on the lower back muscles based on surface electromyography( s EMG). Methods Twelve male subjects took part in two set of tasks respectively. The task of the experimental group was to drive the flight simulator to simulate the sitting posture during flight for two hours,and the task of the control group was to rest on the flying seat for two hours. Before and after the task,30% maximal voluntary contraction( 30% MVC) was conducted and the s EMG signals of the erector spinae and the multifidus muscles on both sides of the low back were collected. The subjective feelings of the subjects were evaluated by questionnaires. Results In the control group,the changes of MDF in the left and right multifidus muscles had no statistical significance( P > 0. 05),and the changes of MPF in four muscles had no statistical significance( P > 0. 05). In the experimental group,MPF and MDF both declined significantly( P < 0. 01). As compared with control group,MPF and MDF were significantly different( P <0. 01),and questionnaire results had a statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Simulated sitting posture during flight can lead to left and right erector spinae and multifidus muscles fatigue with subjective fatigue.
