摘要
微波辐射下,以无水碳酸钾作为催化剂,苯甲醛、乙酸酐为原料合成肉桂酸。采用~1H NMR对产物进行表征。考察了辐射功率、辐射时间、催化剂的用量对肉桂酸收率的影响。优化反应条件为,辐射功率450 W,辐射时间30 min,无水碳酸钾用量为8%。优化条件下,收率达70.0%以上。
Cinnamic acid was synthesized from the reaction of benzaldehyde with acetic anhydride using anhydrous potassium carbonate as catalyst under microwave irradiation. The products were characterized by 1H NMR. The effects of factors including radiation power, radiation time and amount of catalyst on the yield of cinnamic acid were investigated. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as the following: radiation power of 450 W; radiation time of 30 min; dosage of anhydrous potassium carbonate of 8%, and yield was over 70.0%.
