摘要
传统铸铝合金舰载机柜门质量较重,且电磁屏蔽效果不理想,为了有效解决这一问题,设计了一种电磁屏蔽效果较好的新型机柜轻质门。介绍了新型舰载机柜轻质门的电磁屏蔽要求和结构形式,详细论述了其电磁屏蔽效能的理论分析,并利用Ansoft HFSS仿真软件计算仿真,探究其电磁屏蔽效能;同时,对实物进行了测试并分析测试结果。结果表明:所设计的新型机柜轻质门的屏蔽效能达到了设计目标,可以为电子设备的正常运行提供更好的保护。Ansoft HFSS仿真软件计算结果与实验验证结果较为接近,在设计阶段具有可行性。
The traditional cast aluminum alloy ship-based cabinet door have heavy quality,and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is not ideal.In order to solve this problem,a new type of ship-based cabinet light weight door with better electromagnetic shielding effect was designed.The request and structure of electromagnetic shielding for a ship-based cabinet light weight door was introduced.The theoretical analysis simulation computation of electromagnetic shielding efficiency was presented in detail,and simulation software of Ansoft HFSS was used for thermal simulation analysis to study the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.The object was tested and the test result was analyzed.The results showed that,the designed door can meet the electromagnetic shielding efficiency,and can provide better protection for the normal operation of electronic equipment.The calculation results of electromagnetic shielding simulation software of Ansoft HFSS can be consistent with the experimental results,and it was feasible in the design stage.
