护理专业男生对护理专业认识的质性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解护理专业男生对护理专业的认识、对男性从事护理专业的看法及影响因素。方法对护理专业男生采用质性非结构式深入访谈,访谈资料进行录音、转录、编码归类并提炼主题,访谈人数视达到信息饱和而定。结果护理专业男生对护理专业的认识随着专业课程的学习不断明确、对自己的角色逐渐清晰,且易受到家人、教师及临床工作者的影响。结论随着对护理专业知识的深入学习及临床实践的经验积累,护理专业男生对护理专业的认识及对男性从事护理的观点普遍变得积极;护理教育者应该根据其影响因素给予护理专业男生相应的专业认识教育。 Objective To realize the understanding of male nursing students,their views on nursing and the influencing factors.Methods Qualitative non -structural in -depth interview was used for male nursing students.The interview data were recorded,transcribed,coded and classified,and the subject was extracted.Results With the learning of professional courses,the understanding of nursing major among the male students was clarified,and their role became clear,and they were easily influenced by their families,teachers and clinical workers. Conclusion With the deep study of nursing professional knowledge and the accumulation of clinical experience,the cognition of male nursing students and the view of them on nursing has become more and more positive.Nursing educators should give corresponding professional knowledge education to male nursing students according to their influencing factors.
