摘要
目的观察延续护理对内热针治疗后强直性脊柱炎患者疼痛与生活质量的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的60例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。所有患者均经过内热针治疗,在住院期间给予疼痛科常规护理,观察组在出院后给予延续护理。1个月后,对两组患者进行疗效评价,评价患者疼痛与生活质量的改善。结果治疗后,两组患者疼痛评分均有不同程度的下降,与治疗前比较,均有显著统计学意义(<0.05)。且观察组下降更为显著,与对照组治疗后比较,有显著统计学意义(<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者在生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、生命活力、社会功能、情感职能及心理健康8项评分均升高,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗后比较,在生理功能、社会功能、心理健康等方面升高更为明显,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论在内热针治疗后给予延续护理能够减轻强直性脊柱炎患者的疼痛程度,改善其生活质量,有利于患者的身心健康。
Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing on pain and quality of life in patients with ankylosing spondylitis after internal thermal acupuncture. Methods 60 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into observation group control group, 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with internal thermal acupuncture and routine nursing care during the hospitalization period. Observation group was given extended care after discharge. After one month,both groups of patients were evaluated by efficacy, pain and quality of life. Results After treatment, the pain scores of the two groups decreased to varying degrees. Compared with before treatment, there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The decrease was more significant in observation group, and there was significant statistical significance compared with control group after treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the physical function, physiological function, body pain, general health, vitality,social function, emotional function and mental health of observation group improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with control group,the increase in physiological function,social function and mental health was more significant, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing after internal thermal acupuncture treatment can relieve pain in patients with ankylosing spondylitis, improve their quality of life, and contribute to their physical and mental health.
