摘要
对60万t/a PVC装置乙炔工序进行了技术改造,包括在一级破碎机入口处增加喂料机,将导料溜槽改造为可控流转运系统,新增除尘系统及输灰仓泵,改造后提升了电石入料系统的稳定性,降低了粉尘含量,改善了生产环境。
Technical improvements of acetylene process supporting 60 thousand t/a PVC plant were carried out.A feeder was added at the entrance of first crusher,oriented chute was transformed into a flow-controllable transfer system,a new dust removal system and an ash storage pump were added.These improvements improved stability of calcium carbide feeding system,reduced dust amount,and improved the production environments.
