摘要
紫外光谱是进行物质定性分析的有效方法,对芳香烃检测具有较高的灵敏度。为探索表面活性剂定性分析方法,文中选择结构相似的含有芳香烃和非芳香烃的阳离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂,采用紫外光谱进行分析,比较相似结构的表面活性剂在紫外光谱区的吸收特性。结果表明:分子中含芳香烃结构的表面活性剂在224nm、275nm附近有吸收峰,而不含芳香烃结构的表面活性剂没有明显吸收峰,紫外光谱分析可用于表面活性剂定性分析。相似结构的表面活性剂,当同时具有芳香烃结构时可以通过谱带宽窄进行定性分析。
Ultraviolet (UV)spectrum is an effective method for the qualitative analysis of substances and has a high sensitivity to the detection of aromatic hydrocarbons.In order to investigate the qualitative analysis method for surface-active agent,cationic surfactants,non-ionic surfactants and anionic surfactants with similar structures were used as the materials in the research.The absorption characteristics of surfactants with similar structures in the ultraviolet spectral region were compared.The results show that surfactants which contain the structure of aromatic hydrocarbon have absorption peaks at 224 nm and 275 nm,while others haven't absorption peaks.So it can be used for qualitative analysis for surfactants in the solution.For the similar structure of surfactant,UV spectrum band width can be used in the comparative method of surfactants with aromatic hydrocarbon as well at the same time.
