摘要
深海环境模拟试验技术填补了我国在航行器应急燃气排水系统研制过程中的技术空白,使用该试验装置模拟不同海洋水深、不同质量流量、不同排水状态、连发排水等状态开展试验研究,攻克了航行器应急燃气排水系统的高效排水技术、海水隔离技术、数值仿真技术、防二次爆燃、稳压技术等关键技术,对后续应急燃气排水系统的设计、试验、改进,以及成功研制具有重要参考与应用价值。
The deep sea environment testing technique on submarine combustible gas-elimination system in emergency fills in the gap of correlated domestic researches. The high-efficiency draining technique, water isolation technique, numerical simulation, anti-second detonation technique and pressure stabilization technique are overcame according to the tests based on the submarine combustible gas-elimination system in different depths, draining situations, mass flow rates, and sequential draining situations. The data from the tests provides the basis for the subsequent design, testing, improvement and success in the development of the submarine combustible gas-elimination system.
