摘要
目的探讨分析快速康复理念和图文健康教育在胃肠外科围手术期患者中的实施效果。方法 108例接受胃肠外科手术治疗的患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各54例。对照组患者给予围手术期常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予快速康复理念护理和图文健康教育,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者下床活动、术后排气、住院时间均短于对照组,手术2周后体重下降轻于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后总并发症发生率为9.26%,明显低于对照组的24.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复理念和图文健康教育可以显著促进胃肠外科围手术期患者术后胃肠功能恢复,缩短住院时间,减少体重下降水平,降低并发症发生风险,临床应用价值显著,值得推广。
Objective To discuss and analyze the implementation effect of rapid rehabilitation concept and graphic health education in gastrointestinal surgery patients during perioperative period. Methods A total of 108 gastrointestinal surgery patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation concept nursing and graphic health education on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had shorter off-bed activity, postoperative exhaust and hospitalization time than the control group, and less weight loss after 2 weeks of operation than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had obviously lower incidence of postoperative complications as 9.26% than 24.07% in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation concept and graphic health education shows remarkable clinical application value in perioperative patients of gastrointestinal surgery, and it can significantly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, shorten hospitalization time, reduce the level of weight loss, and reduce the risk of complications. It is worthy of promotion.
