摘要
目的分析探讨联合使用炉甘石洗剂与地塞米松治疗过敏性皮炎的临床效果,为临床后续诊疗提供参考借鉴。方法本研究始于2016年1月,截至2018年1月,将此期间的120例过敏性皮炎患者作为观察对象列入本研究,分组方法选择随机、单盲,120例过敏性皮炎患者被分成了两组,在分组基础上采用不同方法进行治疗并对比分析治疗效果。结果联合组患者的治疗有效率为93.33%、不良反应发生率为1.67%,而炉甘石洗剂组患者的治疗有效率为83.33%、不良反应发生率为0,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炉甘石洗剂联合地塞米松治疗过敏性皮炎的临床效果显著,其治疗有效率优于单独使用炉甘石洗剂,且不良反应较少,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined use of calamine lotion and dexamethasone in the treatment of atopic dermatitis,and provide reference for clinical follow-up diagnosis and treatment.Methods The study began in January 2016.As of January 2018,120patients with allergic dermatitis were included in the study.The grouping method was randomized and single blind.120 patients with allergic dermatitis were divided into two groups. Two groups were used,and different methods were used to treat and compare the therapeutic effects.Results The effective rate of the combined group was 93.33%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 1.67%.The effective rate of the patients in the calamine lotion group was 83.33%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 0.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of calamine lotion combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of allergic dermatitis is significant.The treatment efficiency is better than that of calamine lotion alone,and the adverse reactions are less,which has clinical application value.
