摘要
目的探究多发性肋骨骨折内固定治疗及年龄和骨折肋骨数对预后的影响。方法纳入2014年1月至2018年5月在我院接受治疗的68例肋骨骨折患者作为病例样本分析对象进入研究,以治疗方法的不同将其分为两组,一组为观察组,一组为对照组。对照组患者接受可吸收肋骨钉内固定术,观察组患者接受爪型肋骨接骨板内固定术,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果及患者的年龄、肋骨骨折数对预后的影响。结果 94.14%为观察组治疗后的有效率,同时并发症的发生率为5.88%;79.42%为对照组治疗后的有效率,同时并发症的发生率为17.65%,可见两项结果观察组均优于对照组,组间差异均有显著性统计学意义(χ2=6.903、6.124,P=0.002、0.004)。结论给予肋骨骨折患者爪型肋骨接骨板内固定术治疗具有显著效果,值得临床应用与推广。且老年患者及骨折数在6根及以上的患者预后不良。
Objective To investigate the effect of internal fixation for multiple rib fractures and age and fracture ribs on prognosis. Methods A total of 68 patients with rib fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods. One group was the observation group and one group is the control group. Patients in the control group underwent internal fixation with absorbable ribs. The patients in the observation group underwent internal fixation with claw ribs. The effects of treatment and the age of the patients and the number of rib fractures on the prognosis were compared. Results 94.14% were effective after treatment in the observation group, and the incidence of complications was 5.88%. 79.42% was the effective rate after treatment in the control group, and the incidence of complications was 17.65%. Compared with the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(χ2=6.903, 6.124, P=0.002, 0.004). Conclusion The treatment of rib fractures in patients with rib fractures has significant effect and is worthy of clinical application and promotion. Elderly patients and patients with 6 or more fractures have a poor prognosis.
