摘要
目的探讨分析临床护理路径在腹股沟疝手术中的应用。方法选取在我院2016年1月至2017年6月治疗的40例腹股沟疝患者为研究对象。所有研究患者均为男性且接受手术治疗。采取随机分组方式将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组20例,给予观察组患者采取临床护理路径,给予对照组患者采取常规护理,观察两组患者手术治疗时间、治疗费用、健康教育知识掌握程度、患者满意度以及术后并发症发生率等。结果观察组患者手术治疗天数为(3.38±0.57)d,治疗费用为(4805.28±257.25)元,对照组患者手术治疗天数为(4.98±0.81)d,治疗费用为(5205.34±321.68)元。观察组与对照组在手术天数上出现显著差异,观察组明显少于对照组,治疗费用上观察组也明显少于对照组,两组研究患者数据差异对比具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。在患者满意率和健康知识掌握情况方面,观察组明显高于对照组,两组数据差异对比具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现1例并发症,发生率为5%,对照组出现6例并发症,发生率为30%,两组研究患者数据差异对比具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临床护理路径应用于腹股沟疝手术中有着显著的效果,不仅可以降低患者术后发生并发症几率,更能患者因疾病和面临手术产生的生理性和心理性痛苦,缩短手术治疗天数和减少住院费用,提高患者满意率和生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the application of clinical nursing pathway in inguinal hernia surgery. Methods Forty patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from January 2016to June 2017were selected as subjects.All study patients were male and underwent surgery.Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given clinical nursing pathways,and patients in the control group were given routine nursing care.The operation time,treatment cost, health education knowledge,patient satisfaction and postoperative complication rate of the two groups were observed. Results The number of surgical treatment days in the observation group was (3.38±0.57)d,and the treatment cost was (4805.28±257.25)yuan.The number of surgical treatment days in the control group was (4.98±0.81)d,and the treatment cost was (5205.34±321.68)yuan.There were significant differences in the number of days between the observation group and the control group.The observation group was significantly less than the control group,and the treatment cost was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.The difference in the data between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).In terms of patient satisfaction rate and health knowledge,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was 1 case of complications in the observation group,the incidence rate was 5%,and 6 cases of complications in the control group,the incidence rate was 30%.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing route has a significant effect in the operation of inguinal hernia.It can not only reduce the probability of postoperative complications,but also shorten the number of surgical treatment days and reduce the number of patients due to diseases and physiological and psychological pa
