摘要
目的针对在老年骨质疏松患者的临床治疗中进行降钙素给药的临床效果进行分析。方法抽选在我院在2015-2017年间直接或间接接诊的90例患有骨质疏松症的老年患者,将这些患者随机分为两组,分别是钙尔奇组和鲑鱼降钙素组,前者仅对患者进行钙尔奇给药,而后者主要采用鲑鱼降钙素给药来对患者进行治疗,在治疗一定时间之后,对疗效、疼痛缓解率以及患者骨密度等指标进行了解。结果在经过研究之后发现,钙尔奇组的治疗有效率为77.5%,而鲑鱼降钙素组的治疗有效率为96%,高出将近20%;钙尔奇组患者的疼痛缓解率为70%,而鲑鱼降钙素组的疼痛缓解率为84%;钙尔奇组在治疗前和治疗后的骨密度水平分别为(0.725±0.169)和(1.027±0.169),鲑鱼降钙素组在治疗前和治疗后的骨密度水平分别为(0.734±0.174)和(1.513±0.183)。结论在对患有骨质疏松症的老年患者治疗的过程中,采用鲑鱼降钙素给药的方式在临床上会取得比较显著的治疗效果,患者的疼痛感会减轻很多,骨密度也可以更快地向正常的指标发展,非常适合在此类治疗中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of calcitonin administration in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 90elderly patients with osteoporosis who were directly or indirectly admitted to our hospital during 2015-2017 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups,the Calcium group and the salmon calcitonin group.The former only applies Calcium to patients,while the latter mainly uses salmon calcitonin to treat patients.After a certain period of treatment,the indicators of efficacy,pain relief rate and bone density of patients are understood.Results After the study,it was found that the therapeutic effective rate was 77.5% in the Calcium group,96% in the salmon calcitonin group,nearly 20% higher,and 70% in the Calcium group. While the pain relief rate was 84% in the salmon calcitonin group;the bone mineral density levels in the Calcium group before and after treatment were (0.725±0.169)and (1.027±0.169),respectively,in the salmon calcitonin group. The bone mineral density levels before and after treatment were (0.734±0.174)and (1.513±0.183),respectively. Conclusion in the course of treatment for elderly patients with osteoporosis,the trout calcitonin administration can achieve significant clinical treatment effect.The patient's sense of pain can be reduced a lot,and the bone density can be developed to the normal index faster,which is very suitable for the promotion of such treatment.
