摘要
目的探讨与分析胃癌患者采用胃镜活检病理检查进行诊断的应用价值。方法随机选取本院2013年4月至2018年4月内接收的158例胃癌患者作为研究对象,病理活检主要通过胃镜进行,将胃镜活检结果与手术病理检查结果进行对比,观察胃镜活检对胃癌进行病理检查其结果准确率,以及对胃癌患者组织类型、病变形态、分化程度的诊断情况。结果以患者手术治疗后病理检查结果为标准,胃镜活检病理检查结果表明:110例(69.62%)患者确认为胃癌,37例(23.42%)患者为疑诊,11例(6.96%)患者未确诊。胃镜检查和手术检查结果准确率对比(P<0.05),相较于手术检查,胃镜检查病变形态、组织类型及分化程度较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌患者检查中,采取胃镜活检病理对患者进行检查,其诊断准确率相对较高,但手术病理检查结果准确率更高,临床诊断过程中可将二者结合使用,以减漏诊和误诊情况,为临床医生治疗提供更多可参照依据,同时,促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate and analyze the application value of gastroscopy biopsy pathological examination in patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 158 patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2018 were randomLy selected. The pathological biopsy was performed by gastroscopy. The results of gastroscopic biopsy were compared with the results of surgical pathology. Gastric biopsy was performed on gastric cancer. The accuracy of the results of pathological examination, as well as the diagnosis of tissue type, lesion morphology and differentiation of gastric cancer patients.Results The results of pathological examination after surgical treatment were taken as standard. The results of gastroscopy biopsy showed that 110 cases(69.62%) were confirmed as gastric cancer, 37 cases(23.42%) were suspected, and 11 cases(6.96%) were undiagnosed. The accuracy of gastroscopy and surgical examination was compared(P<0.05). Compared with surgical examination, the morphology, tissue type and differentiation of gastroscopy were lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the examination of gastric cancer patients, the biopsy pathology is used to examine patients. The diagnostic accuracy is relatively high, but the accuracy of surgical pathological examination results is higher. The clinical diagnosis process can be used in combination to reduce the diagnosis and misdiagnosis. The situation provides more reference for clinician treatment, and at the same time, promotes patient recovery.
