摘要
国家的发展,城市化进程的加快以及建筑工程数量不断增多,促进了国民经济发展,提升了人们的生活水平。但是,当前很多企业在建筑工程管理期间受到各方面因素的影响出现造价控制难的问题,不能合理降低工程成本,无法提升建筑企业经济效益。论文对建筑工程造价进行介绍,对影响建筑工程造价管理的因素进行分析,并提出了进行造价控制的有效措施,以供参考。
The development of the country,the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing number of construction projects,promote the development of national economy and improve people's living standards.However,at present,many enterprises are affected by various factors during the construction management and have the problem of difficult cost control,which can not reasonably reduce the project cost and improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises.This paper introduces the construction cost,analyses the factors affecting the construction cost management,and puts forward effective measures for cost control for reference.
