摘要
当前,我国人口老龄化问题较为严重,推动养老产业的发展,不仅具有经济意义,更具有社会意义。论文从我国养老机构面临的问题出发,提出了以PPP模式对养老机构进行开发建设的可行性与必要性,进而对养老机构商业模式进行了进一步探索。
At present,the problem of aging population in China is more serious,and it is not only of economic significance,but also of social significance to promote the development of pension industry.Based on the analysis of the problems faced by the pension institutions in China, this paper puts forward the feasibility and necessity of the development and construction of the pension institutions based on the PPP model,and further explores the business model of the pension institutions.
