摘要
陕西省水资源时空分布不均,资源性缺水是其基本省情。地下水作为水资源的重要组成部分,在保障城乡供水安全和经济社会发展中具备不可替代的重要作用,开采强度大,开采范围广。但由于全省地形地貌、地质条件复杂多变,地下水补排规律复杂、赋存涵养条件不尽相同,地下水水位、水质动态变化呈现出显著的阶段性、区域性特点。必须要根据不同区域地下水开发利用情况和地形地质条件,合理布设地下水监测站点,建立现代化的地下水监测站网,才能准确及时监控不同区域地下水资源动态变化情况,从而保障水资源的可持续利用和经济社会的健康发展。
The spatial and temporal distribution of water resources in Shaanxi Province is uneven,and the lack of resources is the basic economic situation. As an important part of water resources,groundwater plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring urban and rural water supply security and economic and social development. It has a large mining intensity and a wide mining range. However,due to the complex topography and geology of the province,the groundwater replenishment rules are complex and the conservation conditions are different. The groundwater level and water quality dynamics show significant stage and regional characteristics. According to the development and utilization of groundwater in different regions and topographic and geological conditions,groundwater monitoring stations should be arranged reasonably,and a modern network of groundwater monitoring stations must be established to accurately and timely monitor the dynamic changes of groundwater resources in different regions,thus ensuring the sustainable use and economy of water resources. Healthy development of society.
