摘要
无障碍设施已成为住宅区环境建设的重点之一,也越来越多地受到人们的关注,但国内目前还没有成熟的体系和量化方法来评价和衡量住宅区无障碍设施的服务水平。因此,本文在参照相关文献和城市居住区规划设计规范的基础上,从住宅、道路、绿地及公共建筑四个方面构建了住宅区无障碍设施的评价指标体系,用于对既有住宅区无障碍设施改造前的需求评估,或对无障碍设施改造后的效果评估提供指导。通过对两个实际案例的评价测试发现,该评价体系的实际操作性能良好。
Access facilities have become one of the key points of environmental construction in residential areas,and people are paying more and more attention to it.But at present,there is no mature system and quantitative method to evaluate and measure the service level of the access facilities in residential areas.Therefore,on the basis of relevant literature and Code of urban Residential Areas Planning &Design, the evaluation index system of the access facilities in residential areas is constructed from four aspects of housing,road,green space and public building.It is used to evaluate the requirements before the renovation of the access facilities in the existing residential areas,or to provide guidance for the evaluation of the effect after the transformation of the access facilities.Through the evaluation test of two practical cases,it is found that the performance of the evaluation system is good.
