摘要
房颤的现代医学根治疗法即射频消融术,单次射频消融术后房颤的复发率可达30%~45%,其中20%~30%的患者仍需要行二次甚至三次射频治疗,一部分患者术后仍需服用一段时间的抗心律失常药物才能维持窦律[1-3],可见其非成功率和复发率依然存在。中医治疗房颤的优点是整体调治、尚未发现不良反应,是保守治疗最可靠的方式。庞敏教授是辽宁省名中医,从事临床工作30余年,认为房颤的发生与瘀血关系密切。该文诣在说明“气虚”与“血瘀”为房颤发病的基本证素,同时,通过传统医学中的“瘀血”与现代医学中的“瘀血”——即心肌缺血实现联系,证明益气活血法治疗西医“瘀血”导致的房颤有效,该文用此法治疗以冠心病为病因的房颤,并将五运六气理论应用其中,阐述吾师临床治疗持续性房颤的思想。
The radical cure of modern medicine is radio frequency ablation to treat atrial fibrillation.Its non success rate and recurrence rate still exist.In the treatment of atrial fibrillation,Chinese medicine also has a very good effect.Its advantage is the overall conditioning with no side effects.It is a reliable way of conservative treatment.In this paper,we combine the method of Chinese and Western medicine,Qi deficiency and blood stasis are the common syndrome elements in the arrial fibrillation.At the same time,we combine the modern medicine and Chinese medicine by blood stasis to prove benefiting Qi is efficacious for atrial fibrillation,applying the theory "five elements and six pathogens".In addition,it also expounds the treatment theory of professor PANG Min.
