摘要
旨在为相关领域的研究人员选择适合的活性氧(ROS)荧光探针、进一步提高ROS检出的特异性和灵敏度提供理论依据。本研究介绍了荧光探针法的原理;归纳了3种常用的荧光探针,包括二氯荧光素(DCDHF-DA)、二氢罗丹明(DHR123)和氢化乙锭(HE);总结了荧光探针的特点及影响因素。最后指出荧光探针在应用中存在的问题及可能的解决对策。
The aims are to provide references for selecting the suitable reactive oxygen species(ROS)fluorescent probes and improving the specificity and sensitivity of ROS detection. The authors introduce theprinciple of fluorescent probes, summarize three kinds of fluorescent probes, including dichlorodifluoro-fluorescein(DCDHF-DA), dihydrorhodamine 123(DHR123) and hydroethidine(HE); discuss thecharacteristics of fluorescent probes and the influence factors. At last, the problems in the application offluorescent probes and the possible solutions are proposed.
