柔顺电极对介电弹性体微驱动器性能的影响

摘要 通过阴离子开环聚合法,制备了高乙烯基含量的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(VMQ),基于点击化学反应成功地将3-巯基丙酸接枝到VMQ,利用不同接枝率的极性硅胶制备了炭基导电填料掺杂的柔顺电极(CE)。探讨了CE在大形变下的导电性能及其对丙烯酸酯介电弹性体(VHB 4905)微驱动器的电致形变的影响。结果表明,采用接枝率约89%的极性硅胶制备的CE与VHB 4905之间的剥离强度显著提高;CE在大应变下,导电性能和抗撕裂能力显著提高;并使VHB 4905在100%等双轴预应变下,在较小电场下即可产生较大的电致形变。 A high vinyl content methyl vinyl silicone rubber(VMQ)was prepared by an anionic ring-opening polymerization method,based on a click chemistry reaction,3-mercaptopropionic acid was successfully grafted to VMQ.Carbon-based compliant electrodes(CE)doped with conductive fillers were prepared by using modified VMQ(GVMQ)with different grafting rates.The conductivity of CE under large deformation and its effect on the actuated strain of dielectric elastomer(VHB 4905)micro actuator were discussed.The results showed that the peel strength between CE prepared by using GVMQ with grafting rate about 89%and VHB 4905 was significantly improved;the electrical conductivity and tear resistance of CE under large strain significantly improved;a large actuated strain of VHB 4905 could be obtained under a small electric field at 100%equal biaxial pre-strain.
