三机无刷机组磁场接地检测装置的优化改进

摘要 针对三机无刷机组对磁场接地检测装置的高要求,分析了原磁场接地检测装置在实际应用中的不足,设计了自适应稳定性判断模块;同时新设计了碳刷接触电阻检测模块,精确测量碳刷接触电阻,实现了动、静接触电阻检测的技术创新。样机试验证明它能满足机组对磁场接地检测的所有要求。 Against the high requirement of the field-grounding detection device of three machine brushless sets,shortcomings of the original field-grounding detection device in the practical application were analyzed,and then, an adaptive stability judgment module and the carbon brush contact resistance detection as well were designed,able to measure the carbon brush contact resistance accurately and realize he technological innovation in the field of the both dynamic and static contact resistance detection.The test result of the prototype of the optimized measurement proved that it met with all requirement of the field-grounding detection device of three machine brushless sets.
