摘要
细胞死亡是机体发生发展中极为重要的一个过程,活细胞和死亡细胞之间的平衡关系是维持机体稳态的一个重要因素。近些年,细胞死亡的发生机制已成为生命科学研究领域的热点和中心,同时也是医学领域的研究焦点。程序性细胞死亡是细胞死亡中最重要的一种形式,多受基因或信号转导通路的调控,随着科学技术的进一步开发,人们对程序性细胞的死亡形式又有了新的研究进展。该文结合国内外研究对凋亡、自噬、程序性坏死、焦亡和铁死亡5种比较重要的程序性细胞死亡形式,关于它们的来源、概念、形态学特征、死亡机制及近期的研究进展,作一综述。阐述程序性细胞死亡是人类生命活动的重要组成部分,为以后更好的研究人类生命篇章打下坚实的基础.
Cell death is an extremely important process in the development of organism,and the balance between living cells and dead cells is an important factor in maintaining the body’s homeostasis. In recent years,the mechanism of cell death has become a hotspot and center in the field of life science research,and it is also the focus of research in the medical field. Programmed cell death is the most important form of cell death and is often regulated by genes or signal transduction pathways. With the further development of science and technology,there has been a new form of programmed cell death were reviewed. This article combines five forms of programmed cell death,including apoptosis,autophagy,necroptosis,pyroptosis and ferroptosis,both at home and abroad,regarding their sources,concepts,morphological features,death mechanisms,and recent research progress for an overview. Explaining that procedural cell death is an important part of human life activities,and lays a solid foundation for future research on human life chapters.
