负荷历时曲线法在清潩河流域水质目标管理中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 负荷历时曲线法是集水质变化和污染负荷于一体的独特方法,对流域水质管理对策的提出有重要作用。结合清潩河流域2012-2015年的水文、水质数据,以水污染防治攻坚目标和清洁河流2级标准目标作为设计水质目标,绘制COD和氨氮的负荷历时曲线,建立水体流量-水质-污染负荷的响应关系。结果表明:高村桥和陶城闸断面最大日负荷量季节性差异显著。在水污染防治攻坚水质目标下,高村桥断面COD严重超标,高、中流量区削减量分别为5.47、0.45t/d,低流量区无需削减,氨氮基本不超标,不需要削减;陶城闸断面COD和氨氮基本不超标,无需削减。在清洁河流2级标准水质目标下,高村桥断面COD全部超标,高、中、低流量区削减量分别为17.85、5.10、1.60 t/d,氨氮严重超标,削减量为0.52、0.27、0.07 t/d;陶城闸断面COD严重超标,削减量分别为2.21、0.81、0.32 t/d,氨氮基本不超标,高流量区削减量为0.25 t/d,中、低流量区不需要削减。该研究可为流域不同水文条件下水质达标管理提供一定的参考和借鉴。 The Load duration curve method is a unique method combining water quality change with pollution loads,which plays an important role in water quality management countermeasures.According to the hydrological and water quality data from 2012 to 2015 in Qingyi River Basin,the targets of water pollution prevention and control target and secondary standard of clean river are used as designed water quality target,LDC of COD and NH3 - N were drawn,and corresponding relationship among water flow,water quality and pollution loads is established.The results showed that there was a significant seasonal variation in maximum daily loads of Gaocun bridge and Taocheng gate sections.Under the water quality target of water pollution prevention and control,COD was serious over the standard of Gaocun bridge section,COD reduction quantities of high and middle flow intervals are 5.47 and 0.45 t /d,respectively,COD in low flow intervals does not need to be cut,NH3-N is under the standard and does not need to be reduced.COD and NH3-N of Taocheng gate section are almost under the standard and dispense with reduction.Under the water quality target of secondary standard of clean river,COD is completely over the standard of Gaocun bridge section,COD reduction quantities of high,middle and low flow intervals of Gaocun bridge section are 17.85,5.10 and 1.60 t /d,respectively,NH3-N is seriously over the standard and reduction quantities were 0.52,0.27 and 0.07 t /d.COD was serious over the standard of Taocheng gate section,COD reduction quantities of high,middle and low flow intervals are 2.21,0.81 and 0.32 t /d,respectively,and reduction quantities of NH3-N in high flow intervals is 0.25 t /d,and NH3 -N of middle and low flow intervals does not need to be cut.The study can provide some references for the management of water quality under different hydrological conditions.
