摘要
目的:采用薄层色谱法,建立贵州苗药"水金凤(厚裂凤仙花)"的薄层鉴别方法,以期解决"水金凤"药材的专属性鉴别。方法:以甲醇-稀盐酸(4∶1)为提取溶剂,三氯甲烷∶乙酸乙酯∶乙酸∶甲酸(13∶7∶0. 1∶0. 4)为展开剂,1%三氯化铝为显色剂,置于365 nm紫外光下检视。结果:供试品与对照品色谱在相应位置显示相同颜色的清晰斑点,可作为贵州苗药"水金凤"薄层鉴别方法。结论:薄层鉴别法操作方法简便、快捷,检出斑点清晰,可作为"水金凤"药材的鉴别方法。
In this study,we established a thin layer chromatography ( TLC) method for the identification of Guizhou Miao Medicine“Shuijinfeng”( Impatiens crassiloba Hook. f. ) . Methanol- hydrochloric acid ( 4 ∶1) was used as extraction solvent,chloroform ∶ethyl acetate ∶ acetic acid ∶ formic acid ( 13 ∶7 ∶0. 1 ∶0. 4) as developing solvent, 1 % AlCl3 as chromogenic agent,and observation was under 365 nm UV. As a result,the test sample and the reference sample showed clear spots of the same color at the corresponding position in the chromatogram. This method had the advantages of simple and fast operation,and the results were clear,therefore it could be used in the identification of“Shuijinfeng”medicinal materials.
