摘要
以挖掘机某型多路阀斗杆2联为研究对象,应用FLUENT进行了内部流场仿真,通过流场仿真分析比较了不同工况阀芯的稳态液动力,得到了稳态液动力随流量和阀芯位移的变化规律,对于阀的稳态液动力性能预测以及减小阀驱动力具有重要意义。
Taking a certain multi-way valve arm 2 valve in the excavator as the research object,the characteristics of flow field are analyzed by software FLUENT,the stable flow force under different work conditions is compared by the flow field simulation,the variation laws of the steady flow force with the displacement of spool is obtained,a useful guidance on the prediction of the steady flow force of valve is provided.
