摘要
为实现液压支架电液控制系统软件运行的稳定性和可靠性,为无人化工作面提供技术支撑,设计了液压支架电液控制系统的地面测试管理平台。该平台实现了对电控系统功能的自动配置、传感器数据的模拟及分析、自动生成测试报表等功能,替代了原有的手动或半自动的测试方式,提高了控制系统测试效率和测试精度。
In order to realize the stability and reliability of the hydraulic control system for the hydraulic support system and provide technical support for the unmanned chemical engineering surface,a ground test management platform for the electro-hydraulic control system of the hydraulic support is designed.The platform realizes the automatic configuration of the function of the electric control system,the simulation and analysis of the sensor data,and the automatic generation of test reports.This design has replaced the original manual or semi-automatic testing mode,and improved the test efficiency and accuracy of the control system.
