摘要
以北京市海绵城市试点区内的某已建小区的海绵化改造为例,根据小区的海绵化改造目标要求,有针对性地进行设计;运用EPA SWMM软件进行模拟计算,对年径流总量控制率、排水标准和防涝能力进行校核,判断海绵化改造目标的可达性,进而对实施后的效果进行预评估。通过模型模拟,本小区的设计能够达到设计目标,本小区的改造也为试点区其他小区和周边地区的海绵化改造提供借鉴。
Taking as an example an old residential area in the experimental districts of Beijing sponge city, a design was carried out according to the requirements of the sponge transformation in the community. In order to achieve the transformation goal expected, the total annual runoff control, drainage standard, and waterlogging control ability as well were simulated by EPA SWMM. Then, the sponge reform goals of accessibility were determined, and the effect after implementation was evaluated. On the ground of model simulation results, the design of this community can achieve the design goal. The renovation of the community also provides references and tips for the transformation of other communities in the experimental districts and the surrounding areas.
