摘要
高等学校纪检监察系统在学习践行"四种形态"时,必须深刻认识"四种形态"的科学内涵与精神实质,准确把握"四种形态"的重点对象与责任主体。高校要推动"四种形态"落地生根,要从强化学习,提高思想认识;擎起制度利器,优化运行机制;创新工作方式,提升工作实效;压实责任,强化责任担当等方面思考和实践。只有综合发力,才能真正达到防微杜渐、正本清源的目的,推动全面从严治党向纵深发展。
When studying and practicing the "Four Forms"of supervision and discipline in colleges and universities,we must profoundly understand the spiritual essence,and accurately grasp the key objects and responsible subjects.Colleges and universities are required to push the "Four Forms"to take root,and improve ideological understanding through intensive learning;optimize the operational mechanism by holding up the sharp institution weapon;improve work effectiveness by innovating methods;enhance responsibility bearing with the responsibility compaction.Only with the comprehensive power,can we truly achieve the goal of checking erroneous ideas at the outset and reforming from the bottom,and push the development of comprehensive and strict Party discipline to the depth.
