摘要
"组织与工作设计"课是高校人力资源管理专业的必修课,也是组织进行人力资源管理的基础和学生开展创新创业实践的支撑。自融合专业教育和创新创业教育的角度,在理论涵盖、实践内容和评价体系等层面提出课程改革的思路和方法,促进学生在掌握专业技能的同时,提升创新创业教育的素养和能力。
Organization and work design is one required course for the specialty of human resource management in colleges and universities.It is also the basis of the human resource management for the organizations and the support of the innovation and entrepreneurship practice for the students.From the perspective of integrating professional education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper puts forward the ideas and methods of curriculum reform in the aspects of theoretical coverage,practical content and evaluation system.The students’ innovation and entrepreneurship quality should be improved while the specialty capability is acquired.
