摘要
青岛西海岸新区是国务院批复的第九个国家级新区,也是青岛市"三湾三城"发展格局的重要一城。影视文化产业发展不仅是加快西海岸新旧动能转换的重要抓手,也是青岛市打造"影视之城"文化品牌战略的重要支撑。近年来,在万达影视文化产业园等龙头项目的带动下,西海岸影视文化产业发展迅猛,对区域经济增长的贡献呈逐年增加趋势。但要实现预期目标,还应进一步实施鼓励精品力作,打造影视品牌;落实优惠政策,进行精准专业化招商;创新人才引进机制,搭建影视文化交流平台等战略措施。
The West Coast New Area of Qingdao is the ninth state-level new area approved by the state council.It is also an important city of Qingdao’s"Three Bay Three Cities" development pattern.The development of film and television culture industry is not only an important starting point to speed up the transformation of old and new kinetic energy on the west coast,but also an important support for Qingdao to build a cultural brand strategy of"city of film and television".In recent years,driven by leading projects such as Wanda Film and Television Culture Industrial Park,the west coast film and television culture industry has developed rapidly and its contribution to regional economic growth has been increasing year by year.However,in order to achieve the expected goal,we should further encourage excellent works,build a film brand,implement preferential policies,conduct precise and professional investment attraction,innovative talent introduction mechanism,set up film and television cultural exchange platform and implement other strategic measures.
