摘要
针对现状基于示波器的脉冲信号测试方法精度低、测试参数不全面问题,提出一种基于STM32单片机的新颖脉冲信号诸多参数测试方法,对诸如脉冲信号的幅度、频率、占空比、上升时间等参数的检测。能够达到脉冲信号参数的快速精准采集样本;再使用相等精度检测量方法,大大提升了检测量标准程度,缩短了测量时间。样机实验结果表明,该文方法测量精度及可靠性均满足设计要求。
This paper presents a pulse signal parameter measuring apparatus based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer.The measuring apparatus can measure pulse signal amplitude,frequency,duty cycle,rise time etc.The instrument sample the data of Pulse signal in high speed using high speed and high precision computing power of STM32 SCM.The equal precision measurement is used to improve the measurement accuracy and to shorten the measuring time.The experimental results shows the test instrument has high precision,good reliability and low error rate it can be used for electrical signal parameter measurement and instrument detection etc.
