摘要
针对我国铁路电子采购平台建设中各铁路企业物资采购差异性的问题,利用Saa S(软件即服务)的设计模式,对其开发模型进行仿真研究,并建立了开发模型的体系架构及应用模型,给出了数据库及自动化部署的设计策略。仿真结果证明,SaaS模式将有效解决了我国铁路电子采购平台建设中采购过程差异性的问题,并可以充分利用采购过程的共通性。
In view of the difference of material purchasing of railway enterprises in the construction of Chinese railway electronic procurement platform,the model of development was simulated based on the design pattern of software as service (SaaS).The architecture and application model of development model were estabiished,and the design strategy of database and automation deployment was given.The simulation results show that the SaaS model effectively can solve the problem of the difference of procurement process in the construction of China's railway electronic procurement platform,and make full use of the commonality of the procurement process.
