摘要
目的观察益气开秘方治疗气阴两虚型慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法将100例气阴两虚型慢传输型便秘患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组予枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,治疗组予益气开秘方口服。两组均治疗56天,观察临床疗效、复发率,比较便秘主要症状积分的变化情况。结果 (1)最终完成试验者90例,治疗组46例,对照组44例。(2)治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为93.5%、79.5%;两组临床疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗前后组内比较,两组便秘主要症状各分项积分及总积分均较治疗前减少(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,除排便频率外,治疗组便秘主要症状各分项积分及总积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气开秘方治疗气阴两虚型慢传输型便秘疗效满意,可明显改善患者的临床症状,且复发率低。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Kaimi Formula in the treatment of slow transit constipation with syndrome of qi and yin deficiency.Methods 100 patients of slow transit constipation with syndrome of qi and yin deficiency were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets,while the treatment group was orally treated with Yiqi Kaimi Formula,with a course of 56 days. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were observed,and the changes of main symptoms scores of constipation were compared. Results(1)A total of 90 patients completed the trial,among 46 cases in the treatment group and 44 cases in the control group.(2)The total effective rates were 93.5% in the treatment group and 79.5% in the control group,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P<0.05).(3)Compared with treatment before,the total score and all item scores of main symptoms of constipation were reduced in both groups after treatment( P<0.05). After treatment,except the score of defecation frequency,the total score and all item scores of main symptoms of constipation in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group( P<0.05).(4)The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Kaimi Formula shows satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of slow transit constipation with syndrome of qi and yin deficiency,which can remarkably improve the clinical symptoms of patients with low recurrence rate.
