摘要
为创建京津冀地区区域化采供血保障体系,建立采供血协调发展联动机制,京津冀3地血站成立血站血液筛查实验室能力指标比对工作组。该工作组通过血站血液筛查实验室能力指标比对体系建立,实现3地血站血液检测实验室的同质化。本专栏研究文章为工作组阶段性成果,从实验室基本情况、关键设备配置、人力资源配备、检测策略选择、标本控制规则和试剂应用状况等要素展开分析,归纳总结出针对3地血液检测实验室行之有效的同质化措施。
To establish a regional blood collection and supplying insurance system in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and to establish a coordination mechanism for blood collection and supply,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei blood stations have jointforced a special work group analyzing capacity indicators and capacity-building in blood screening laboratory. By the establishment of the competency index comparison system of blood screening laboratories,the working group aims to achieve the homogenization of blood testing laboratories in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. This study discussed and analyzed the basic situation of laboratory,the allocation of key equipment,the allocation of human resources,the selection of testing strategies,the rules of sample control and the application of reagents and summarized the effective homogenization measures for the blood screening laboratories.
