10Ni3MoVD钢锻件的低温韧性

摘要 将10Ni3MoVD钢锭按锻造比大于3.5锻造成钢板并进行调质热处理,研究了其显微组织、拉伸性能和低温韧性。结果表明:试验钢的显微组织主要由回火索氏体和贝氏体组成,不同厚度位置的晶粒度均不低于9.5级;试验钢的拉伸性能满足NB/T 47009-2017标准中的指标要求;在-50℃下,试验钢的冲击韧性优良,总冲击吸收能量不低于176J,晶状断面率低于20%,侧膨胀值大于2.25mm,表层及1/4厚度位置的无塑性转变温度分别为-75,-65℃。 10Ni3MoVD steel ingot was forged to steel plate at a forging ratio greater than 3.5 , and thentreated by quenching - tempering heat treatment.The microstructure , tensile properties and cryogenic toughness ofthe steel were studied.The results show that the microstructure of the tested steel was mainly composed oftempered sorbite and bainite.The grain size at differernt thickness positions was not lower than grade 9.5.Thetensile properties of the tested steel met the requirements of the NB / T 47009-2017standard.At-50 ℃ , thetested steel had an excellent impact toughness ; the total impact obsorbed energy was not lower than 176J , thepercentage of crystallinity was lower than 20% , the lateral expansion was greater than 2.25mm and the nil - ductilitytransition temperatures of the surface layer and at 1 / 4thickness position were-75 , -65℃ , respectively.
