摘要
目的:在大学生群体中探索外表拒绝敏感性对躯体变形障碍的影响,以及外表社会比较和瘦身倾向在两者之间的链式中介作用。方法:采用外表拒绝敏感性量表、外表社会比较问卷、瘦身倾向量表以及躯体变形障碍自评量表,采用整班随机抽样法,以班级为单位发放问卷,向来自北京、四川以及安徽等地多所高校大学生发放问卷,有效被试875人。结果:外表拒绝敏感性、外表社会比较、瘦身倾向与躯体变形障碍两两之间显著正相关。外表拒绝敏感性对躯体变形障碍的直接预测作用显著,外表社会比较与瘦身倾向的链式中介作用显著。结论:外表拒绝敏感性既可直接影响躯体变形障碍,也可通过外表社会比较与瘦身倾向间接影响。
Objective:The present study in college students aimed to explore the effect of appearance-based rejection sensitivity on body dysmorphic disorder and the chain mediating role of social comparison based on appearance and drive for thinness.Methods:The present study adopted Appearance-based Rejection Sensitivity Scale,Social Comparison Based on Appearance Questionnaire,Drive for Thinness Scale and Body Dysmorphic Disorder Scale and delivered them in the form of classes to college students(N=875)from universities in Beijing,Sichuan and Anhui provinces.Results:Appearance-based rejection sensitivity,social comparison based on appearance,drive for thinness and body dysmorphic disorder were positively correlated with one another.The direct effect of appearance-based rejection sensitivity on body dysmorphic disorder was significant and the chain-mediation role of social comparison based on appearance and drive for thinness was significant as well.Conclusion:Appearance-based rejection sensitivity influences body dysmorphic disorder directly,also influences it indirectly through social comparison based on appearance and drive for thinness.
