摘要
心肌梗死严重威胁人类健康,给人类造成了沉重的社会负担.长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)主要通过表观遗传调控、转录和转录后调控、miRNA调节等方式,参与心肌细胞凋亡和心肌纤维化过程,与心肌梗死发生发展有密切关系,具有作为疾病诊断和治疗靶标的潜能.我们通过高通量转录分析策略筛选在心肌梗死组织与正常心肌组织中差异表达的lncRNA,并通过对lncRNA的生物信息学分析、生物学定位以及功能的初步探索研究lncRNA与心肌梗死发生发展的关系,以确定新的可作为心肌梗死治疗靶点的lncRNA.我们的研究为利用lncRNA治疗心肌梗死提供了线索.
Myocardial infarction posed a great threat to human health,and brought a heavy burden on society.Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)is mainly involved in cardiomyocyte apoptosis and myocardial fibrosis through epigenetic regulation,transcription and posttranscriptional regulation,miRNA regulation,and is closely related to the development of myocardial infarction.They can act as a role of diagnostic and therapeutic target for myocardial infarction.We used high-throughput transcription analysis to filtrate lncRNA that were differentially expressed in myocardial infarcts and normal myocardium.The relationship between lncRNA and development of myocardial infarction was studied by bioinformatics analysis,biological localization,and preliminary exploration of functions of lncRNA.To identify new lncRNA that can serve as therapeutic target for myocardial infarction.Our study provided clues for using lncRNA to treat myocardial infarction.
