摘要
建立一种采用反向高效液相色谱同时测定水体中雌三醇等6种环境激素(雌三醇、雌二醇、炔雌醇、雌酮、炔诺酮、炔诺孕酮)的分析方法。待测水样品用Oasis HLB固相萃取柱富集,甲醇-乙腈(体积比6︰4)混合溶剂洗脱,浓缩后,用HPLC定量检测。结果表明, 6种环境激素在质量浓度为0.2~10μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R^2)均不低于0.995, 0.2 (低点), 1.0 (中点)和5.0μg/mL (高点) 3点加标回收率均在80%~120%之间,定性检测限为:雌三醇0.08μg·L^(-1)、雌二醇0.10μg·L^(-1)、炔雌醇0.14μg·L^(-1)、雌酮0.16μg·L^(-1)、炔诺酮0.20μg·L^(-1)、炔诺孕酮0.26μg·L^(-1)。6种环境激素检测结果重复性RSD均小于5%(N=6)。该方法前处理简单、灵敏度高、检测结果准确、可靠。
A solid phase extraction-RP-HPLC method for determination of 6 environment hormone(estriol,estradiol,ethinyloestradiol,oestrone,norethindrone,and norgestrel) in water was established.Samples were enriched by Oasis HLB solid phase extraction column,and methanol︰acetonitrile(6︰4)was used as elution solvent.Samples were determined quantitatively by HPLC.Results showed that the concentration of 6 environment hormone had good linear relationships in the range of 0.2-10μg/mL,with which the correlation coefficients were all above 0.995.The recoveries which focused on low,medium and high levels were ranged from 80%-120%.The detection limits of 6 types of environment hormone were as follows:estriol 0.08μg·L^-1,estradiol 0.10μg·L^-1,ethinyloestradiol 0.14μg·L^-1,oestrone 0.16μg·L^-1,norethindrone 0.20μg·L^-1,and norgestrel 0.26μg·L^-1.The RSDs of 6 types of environment hormone were less than 5%(N=6).This method was proved to be simple pre-treated,good precision and accuracy.
