摘要
基于2005—2013年中国工业企业数据库,结合OP方法测算中国食品行业全要素生产率,并构建回归模型实证分析外商直接投资对中国食品行业生产率的影响。研究表明,外商直接投资能显著提高中国食品行业的生产率;进一步将企业根据不同地区和所有制类型分类的研究结果表明,外商直接投资能显著促进沿海地区企业,对内陆企业的作用不明显;外商直接投资对外资企业生产率的促进作用比本土企业更大。
Use the OP method to measure firms’ productivity based on Chinese Industrial Enterprises Database from the year of the year of 2005 to 2013, then build regression model to empirically study the impact of Foreign Direct Investment(FDI) on the productivity of China’s food industry. The result shows that FDI can significantly improve the productivity of China’s food industry. The results of further research based on the firm heterogeneity shows that FDI can significantly promote the productivity of firms in coastal areas and foreign-funded firms, and FDI has a greater effect on the productivity of foreign-funded firms than local firms.
