摘要
目的研究右美托咪定对腰硬麻下行剖宫产术产妇术中舒适度的影响。方法 120例择期于腰硬麻下行剖宫产术产妇分为右美托咪定组(D1、 D2、 D3组)和生理盐水组(C组),比较不同剂量右美托咪定对产妇的影响。结果 C组的术中舒适度评分明显低于入室时; D1～D3组的舒适度评分在T1、 T3时较低, T2、 T4时较高。T2～T4时各组的舒适度评分随右美托咪定剂量的增加而升高。结论腰硬麻下行剖宫产术产妇静脉单次泵注右美托咪定能够提高术中舒适度, 0.8～1.0μg/kg剂量效果更优。
Objective To study the influence of dexmedetomidine on the intraoperative comfort degree of paratrients with caesarean section under CSEA.Methods 120cases of parturients with elective caesarean section under CSEA were divided into dexmedetomidine groups (group DI,D2,D3)and NS group (group C),to compare the effects of different doses of dexmedetomidine on parturents.Results The intraoperative comfort scores of group C were significantly lower than those at entering the room;The comfort scores of group D1,group D2 and group D3were significantly lower at T1and T3,while significantly higher at T2and T4.Each group's comfort score increased with increasing dose of dexmedetomidine.Conclusions Single intravenous pumping of dexmedetomidine in parturients with caesarean section under CSEA can improve the intraoperative comfort degree,and 0.8-1.0μg/kg dexmedetomidine is more effective.
