摘要
目的探讨个性化健康管理在2型糖尿病并心理障碍患者治疗中的价值。方法选取92例2型糖尿病合并心理障碍患者随机均分为两组,对照组给予药物口服治疗,观察组在此基础上加用个性化健康管理,比较两组的血糖指标、血脂指标以及焦虑和抑郁评分。结果治疗6个月后,观察组的血糖指标、血脂指标以及SAS评分、 SDS评分均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论个性化健康管理应用于2型糖尿病并心理障碍患者的效果显著,有利于改善患者的血糖、血脂以及各项情绪指标。
Objective To explore th6value of individualized health management in the treatment of patients with type 2diabetes mellitus (T2DM)complicated with mental disorders.Methods 92cases of patients with T2DM complicated with mental disorders were selected and randomly divided ifito two groups equally.The control group was treated with oral drugs,while the observation group was treated with individualized health management on the basis of oral drugs.The indicators of blood glucose,indicators of blood lipids,and scores of anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results After 6months of treatment,the indicators of blood glucose,indicators of blood lipids,and scores of anxiety and depression of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized health management applied in patients withT2DM complicated with mental disorders has significant efficacy,which helps to improve patients'indicators of blood glucose,blood lipids and emotion.
