互联网+"作为当今时代最热门的事物,与人们的日常生活密切相关,推动着人们日益增长的文化需求。文章结合宁夏中卫市公共文化服务的现状,调查当地数字文化馆的建设情况,结合具体的操作运行,展示传播公共文化的新途径,展现公共文化服务的新平台。
As a most popular thing in the modern era, "Internet +"has been used in people’s daily life.This development promoted the increasing demand of people. This paper combined the current situation of public culture in Zhongwei City of Ningxia, and discussed the construction of local digital cultural center which was a new way to spread the public culture of Zhongwei City and a new platform of enjoying the public cultural services in Zhongwei City.
