摘要
通过采用电石渣对独居石冶炼产生的废水进行处理,研究了碱性废水中氟离子浓度与pH值关系,电石渣加入量、震荡搅拌时间、不同碱度对除氟率的影响,建立了电石渣处理碱性含氟废水的处理工艺。结果表明废水中pH值越大含氟量越高;pH=12. 5,搅拌时间大于3. 5 h时除氟效果最佳,处理后废水中F^-含量达到国家废水排放标准(10 mg/L)。用电石渣处理碱性含氟废水效果好,成本低廉,实现资源循环回收再利用,可广泛应用于碱性含氟废水的处理。
The relationship between the concentration of fluorine ions and pH,and the effect of carbide slag addition,stirring time and alkalinity on fluoride removal rate were studied by using carbide slag for the treatment of fluoride-containing alkaline wastewater from monazite smelting.A treatment technology of fluoride-containing alkaline wastewater from monazite smelting was established.The results showed that the larger pH value in alkaline wastewater,the higher fluoride content.Furthermore,when pH =12.5 and the stirring time was more than 3.5h,the best fluoride removal effect was obtained.The content of F^- in treated wastewater reached the national wastewater discharge standard (10 mg/L).The treatment technology of fluoride-containing alkaline wastewater with carbide slag had good effect and low cost,and it can achieve resource recycling and be widely used in the treatment of fluoride-containing alkaline wastewater.
