摘要
创新性治疗在推动医学发展、治疗患者疾病、增进患者健康等方面取得了巨大进步。创新性治疗主要是医生针对特定的患者进行治疗,和常规医疗、人体试验相比,有其独特的属性。以患者安全为视角,探讨了患者参与创新性治疗的种种愿望,揭示了创新性治疗未经系统性研究和怜悯性应用、未熟练性使用易给患者带来伤害,且这种伤害并且往往不可逆转。保证患者安全是医生最神圣的职责,医疗机构应当对创新性治疗进行应有的审查和监管,医生在创新性治疗中应尽力保证患者安全,给予患者应有的伦理关怀。
Innovative treatment has made great progress in promoting medical development,treating diseases,and improving patient health.Innovative treatment is the treatment for patients providing by doctors,which has its unique features comparing with standard medical care and clinical trials involving human subjects.From the perspective of patient safety,this paper explores the wishes of patients to participate in innovative treatments,revealing that innovative treatments are not studied systematically and applied compassionately,and that unskilled usage is easy to bring harms to patients,which is often irreversible.It is the most sacred duty of doctors to ensure patient safety.Medical institutions should conduct review and oversight of innovative treatments.Doctors should try their best to ensure the patient safety and give patient the ethical care they deserve in the innovative treatment.
